Emotional health and physical well being are dual emphases for Sunrise at Fox Hill. We focus on preserving the dignity and self-respect of our residents while delivering the quality support services they deserve.

Rehabilitative Services

Short-term recovery and rehabilitation get the full benefit of the best that Sunrise Senior Living has to offer — licensed occupational and physical therapists and state-of-the-art medical and therapy equipment. We’ll help you accelerate your recovery and make it as pleasant as possible.

Hospice

Compassionate, holistic, end-of-life care remains our commitment. With an emphasis on caring, not curing, we provide symptom management, and we make it our priority to be responsive to families’ needs and residents’ wishes, offering emotional and spiritual support. Working with preferred providers who abide by established best practices, we serve all residents who are eligible and desire to receive hospice care. Hospice consultations are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Care Coordination

By offering professional case management, we ensure that the services our residents and their families receive are integrated, timely and appropriate to the level of the resident’s need. Coordinating services to offer the best care possible, our geriatric care managers coordinate additional in-home services and are centrally involved in hospice care.
